Chloe Osmer has been appointed Executive Director of the Maintenance Corporation Trust Fund (MCTF).
Osmer brings over twenty years of experience in the labor movement empowering both union and non-union workers’ rights and is expertly positioned to lead one of the most formidable and effective watchdog organizations in California.
Prior to joining MCTF, Chloe Osmer worked as Organizing Director for the California Labor Federation, where she trained hundreds of union and community members on workplace organizing. In addition to her extensive strategic campaigning experience, Chloe Osmer also served as Senior Advisor to the California Labor Commissioner, where she assisted with the creation and implementation of enforcement plans for new labor laws.
